JAAL Giving Sunday

Hundreds of churches will come together next month for JAAL Giving Sunday. JAAL Giving Sunday is a great way to mobilise your congregation to become more involved with the JAAL NSW campaign to introduce the whole state to Jesus.

The success of the campaign depends heavily on the support of individual

churches. All you have to do is dedicate July 12 or 19 to JAAL Giving Sunday.

A JAAL Giving Sunday pack will be distributed to all churches in NSW and gives you all the tools you need to hold a successful weekend.

There are four simple steps:

1) Please pray for JAAL and the campaign. Take JAAL Giving Sunday as an opportunity to mobilise people to pray for and be involved in the JAAL campaign on an ongoing basis.

2) Play the promotional DVD (in your pack) to your congregation. The DVD has been provided to increase awareness, encourage interest and build excitement for JAAL.

3) Preach ‐ take this great opportunity to speak about JAAL whilst sharing your faith with others during the campaign.

4) Distribute offering envelopes (also in your pack) to your congregation so people in your church can contribute to this important initiative. Money raised goes towards the cost of the campaign which aims to help people engage with Jesus. If each church raises just $1,500 the cost of the JAAL Sydney campaign will be covered.
